Complete2Compete – Are you a Mississippi adult who has earned college credit but has not finished the degree? This program combines the resources of the state of Mississippi’s 15 public community colleges, eight public universities and the medical center to help progress you to your degree completion.

CONTREN Learning System (Construction Education Network) – Sponsored by the Mississippi DOE, this system was put in place to address the shortage of skilled craft workers. It is comprised of a partnership of the DOE and MCEF (Mississippi Construction Education Foundation) with an emphasis on career opportunities in the construction industry. Its mission is to train the craft workforce for the construction industry in the state.
